Shoe Size Guide
If you are unsure about an appropriate shoe width that is suitable for you, we would always recommend visiting us here in our Portlaoise store. Our knowledgeable and friendly sales team will gladly give you advice and guidelines on what it is the best fit for you.Our family business has been providing excellent shoe advice for many years.
Most of our shoes are a standard fit and will fit most feet. However, please note that some brands create shoes that are a little wider or narrower. Please contact us to discuss if you have any queries.
We offer a returns and refund policy for shoes that do not fit adequately. Please refer to our terms and conditions in regard to refund policies. Shoes need to be unworn and in original condition.
Delivery Information
Upon completion of your purchase via our website, we will organise for your product to be dispatched as soon as possible. All goods will be inspected by us before they are dispatched from our shop. We use a third party delivery company to distribute our products nationwide. Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified during the order process.
Standard Delivery charges are €5 per order. Free delivery is available for all purchases over the value of €50. This is applicable to deliveries in the Rep. of Ireland. We reserve the right to change prices where appropriate. This price may increase based on the overall weight, size and destination of the item.
Expected delivery times are typically 1 – 2 days.
Cut off time is 2pm on a standard working day.
All delivery times are standard working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. We will endeavour to deliver the products to you in the time specified. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.
Please note:
• If you are not available at the address specified by you when the courier delivers your product, the courier may leave a note in your post box notifying you of the missed delivery and where they can be picked up.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable. For more information on Returns, please see our returns policy below.
• We can cancel any order up until it is dispatched. To cancel an order please email us at info@doylesshoes.ie or call us on (057) 862 1761.
Returns policy
We Understand That Sometimes A pair of Shoes may not fit.
We aim to allow you to return your order within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price. We do not cover any fees incurred for returning a product to us. We advise that you insure the parcel being returned so it will be traceable as we take no responsibility for goods that are lost in the transit.
Items can also be returned free of charge to our store in Portlaoise, Co. Laois.
To be eligible for a full refund the items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original undamaged shoe box or packaging with receipt enclosed.
When trying on shoes, ensure you try them on a carpeted surface to avoid scratching the soles and, for lighter coloured styles, please use a stocking or sock when trying on your shoes. If a product is defective in any way, please contact us immediately by email at info@doylesshoes.ie and give description of fault. We will then advise what to do.
Please note unless the description states otherwise our shoes are not waterproof.
Sale items are not valid for Return.
Refunds
Once returns have been received into our shop, we will process them the same day. Refunds for returns that are unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original undamaged shoe box or packaging are processed within the next business day.
Once you receive an email notification of your refund your money will appear in your account in approximately 1-7 days due to inter-bank processing times.
On rare occasions we may decline to offer a refund if your return is after the Return Policy expires, if the products are marked, damaged, show signs of wear or do not have their original and undamaged packaging.
For returns from orders that included a delivery charge, only the cost of the items returned will be refunded. In the case that the return is because of an item fault then the following applies:
• The item will be assessed by our Customer Service Centre and we may also consult with the supplier or manufacturer to determine if the item is faulty.
• If the item is found to be faulty, then you will receive a full refund for that item including the delivery charges unless the delivery charge has previously been refunded for that order.
